A six tab Excel system that turns a raw GL export into a full budget vs actuals view. A SUMIFS engine drives a visual dashboard: a variance bridge by department, traffic light flags against a materiality threshold, monthly pacing, and the top five drivers. Built as a Power Query pipeline with the M code included, so a fresh export refreshes the whole view.
